Bad managers, good company
|
f you asked me when I started, I would've said this place gets 5 stars, I truly loved working amongst a supportive and encouraging team. Work culture and support was top tier then. Now, 2 stars at best. If I could leave zero stars based on management and HR alone, I would.
The turnover rate is quite alarming here. They say bad managers make good employees quit, and I definitely saw this be true in my time here. Responsibilities and tasks are piled on and job descriptions change frequently. It's sad to have seen this place go from great to hostile in such a short amount of time given where it started.

Used To Be Great, But Now Toxic Work Environment
|
Leadership and management shows a lot of favoritism towards certain people even when majority of the company has negative experience with that one person. It used to be a great place to work but with all of the organizational and leadership changes, it has turned incredibly toxic. Entire team burnout and exhausted but management keeps tackling more and more responsibility onto the plate.

Best part of working at this company was the ability to be a part of an inclusive environment for the first two years.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company culture is very hierarchal.. there is a clear division between upper management and the heart and soul of the company. The customers are not the priority but maintaining appearances are.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It used to be great but it's very micro-managed now with a hostile feedback approach- as least for the customer facing roles.

Amazing culture and place too work. I was contracted but my time there was bliss. They have a pong ping table, we through darts when we felt like we needed a break from our work. There was no micro managing and the office was small so everyone was pretty cool with one another.
