Coding these deals and performing the background due diligence needed to figure out how to get the best investment deal done. Management was very creative and fun. 8 Senior Partner's that came from all different backgrounds. There was no lack of learning about investment deals and the background of fascinating businesses in the IT Tech, Medical Device and Creative Worlds. The hardest part of the job was the travel, and it was a growing company, adding lots of new jobs, therefore, it was harder to get to know the 'culture'.
