You also get an hour lunch which is nice. | The management treats their employees like crap and think 3 days a year is enough to miss. The breakroom is tiny meaning you basically have to leave for lunch every day. There is no organization for anything including the processes and there is a lot of down time. They also flip the schedule around way too much. When there is a machine running there are two shifts 6-3 and 2:30-11.
