A lot of room to still grow and learn as a company; Product suite was still largely in development. I do believe there is big potential for customer adoption, when I left the company they were just launching a new website that seemed like it would be a hit.

Um... it's a small company? I guess? Seriously, there are no pros. Oh wait, work life balance was great since I just clocked in and clocked out. The place didn't inspire me to lift a finger beyond my job description. I was just emulating everyone else, especially the CEO.

Toxic environment, terrible communication, mass micro-managing, non-competitive salary, a subpar product, and a total lack of integrity when dealing with customers. Finally, the CEO is a damn Trump/MAGA guy if you can believe that. Definitely approaches or exceeds the definition of a hostile work environment. Particularly based on conversations I had with my colleagues at the time.

I've had nothing but a great experience working with AdSemble. The CEO is very generous to his employees and creates an awesome working environment. I came from the Out of Home Industry and it's nice to be working with others who came from the industry as well. The CEO and the Operations Team are always willing to listen and help with employee success. Overall positive experience with this company.

Team who ( wants) to help

-zero work life balance. Boss will call you at 8pm on a Friday night when you are out with friends and family.
-start up atmosphere and tiny Office with working only with 1 or so people.
-good luck getting any commission
-while your team wants to help, there is nobody who has experience in their role so deadlines are not going to get met.
-not the best communication
-prepare for jobs you did not sign up for
-hard stressful work for almost no return
-CEO has huge priority issues
-depressing 10X10 Office
-worst micromanagement ever experienced
-your team is 99% remote
- job title might as well be “excel expert” because that’s your life is spreadsheets
-business open for 11 years and only one boss? Don’t see any room for growth before the company shuts down
-list goes on

understand that you micromanage when you don’t even realize it. Nobody likes a micromanager. Take a step back and don’t act on impulse. A-B and B-C.... not A-C thinking, that’s when mistakes happen and the OCD personality comes out. Be someone you would want to work for, not the boss you can’t get any work done for. Very frustrating when a company like this has so much potential but the only thing standing in the way is the CEO. Very unfortunate.
