One of my best learning has been in this company.
They are very much focussed on getting the latest technology stack in the projects.
Technical Architects are very tech savy and always supportive.
They implement latest technology stack environments in the projects.
My stint here I had very good exposure to latest open source projects and libraries. I had the opportunity to work on many products from companies in EU.
The project management and client interactions are handled by Business Analysts. This help the core development team to focus on tasks at hand.
Management is open to talk with employees. Easily approachable and accessible.
Health insurance coverage is offered and HR team was very supportive in getting the medical expense covered when one of my colleague had an accident.

The company based on only one project no major projects.
No good teams to work together team members always blames each other.
There is one project manager actually he is business analyst but acting as project manager. He not even know how to create a Skype group but he is managing whole projects.
I quit the company because of the BA teams especially one. They even don’t know what is technology but all the senior developers and team leads bent their knees in front of this idiots.
Business analysts are king in this company. the company not need any developers or testers.
The ceo always stands for business analysts he even not going to mind developers.
For ceo whatever the business analysts saying is right. No matter how good you are in development. And how experienced you are.
The business analyst teams are not even worth to talks. If you talk to them you will forget everything about development.
My advice is stay away from this company.
Business analysts and ceo ruined this company. The ceo not going to hear single word from developer or tester.
The ceo character is like girls character he will always hear business analysts only.

Treat your employees equally.
Place some technology oriented team leads instead of business analysts.
Don’t appoint business analysts to manage projects.
