• Management who don’t give importance to work but more involved how the employees talk to them
• Appraisal is not based on the amount of work individual does, it depends on how their ego is satisfied
• Micro Management
• 9 hours mandatory with n number of rules
• If the person has taken maternity leave, they will make them resign
• Even breaks are counted and no activities other than work is encouraged
• They make even the ill person stand before them for hours and don’t give importance to employees
• In policy it is mentioned that Leaves are not your right.

They offered employment with full benefits.

I really disliked working for this company overall. They are quick to layoff people and do it in a way that makes you feel awful. Like everyone else that got laid off, I was pulled into a "meeting" and then told I was being laid off. I was not allowed to go back to my computer and felt like they were treating me like a criminal. Maybe they had people go crazy on them in the past, but they do not treat it with delicacy and have no care about pulling your job out from under you without a warning.
But to be honest, in the end I was happy to leave. I did not enjoy working there and I never believed in their products and services.
