Fun place to work not for every
|
The music business is hard and rarely glamorous but working here was fun and lots of great people. Pay was better than working a restaurant but it could be very stressful with crowds if that is not your thing. Can be long hours but you get so see shows for free.

A good place to work if you enjoy music. It's only part-time work so you will not get rich. Pay is not very good. We are the lowest paying company for people that do the same work as us.

Crew is awesome, management is terrible.
|
At AEG, the schedule is fuct. There is a rolling roster with very little upfront notice of gigs, and those gigs can be canceled the night before with zero salary assurance. You as an employee have zero guarantee of work, and as of now I’ve been without any gigs for over two months.

Lots. Roomies are constantly being brought in with little to no training, the senior employees are pushed out if they show concern or bring up issues.

AEG is an exciting place to work. Best if you have no kids though. Definitely a boys club mentality - even with the female managers. You get in with the crew and you're golden.

Great to work with animals loved working there every day. Animals are better to work with than people as most people that own businesses are difficult to please as they expect you to work all hours and be at their call night and day…. Just my experience sadly
Hardest part is to leave the dogs at night.
