Have of the MA’s we’re not licensed and there was not a single RN on staff. The Xray equipment was approximately 30 years old and often was out of service, but patient’s were not told this until they paid their copayment and had already seen the PA. I was verbally abused by a worker in there everyday not mention this place was very understaffed and overworked. This company was full of covid patients at that time and we had a line al the way out the door everyday. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not work here!!! I didn't have a medical assistant cert despite my years of medical experience and this was the only place that would hire me and train me to scope. I ended up having my second child and they worked with my schedule. The lab techs, nurses, MA's & xray techs all get underpaid. The hours are long.. 10-12 hour days. No room for advancement. Even after many many years of working there I still never reached the starting pay of what my expertise starts at. The insurance was great. The friends I made were great.
