The environment pushes people to work hard and be challenged without creating an ugly hostile workplace. Almost everybody gets along and I actually like coming to work. The benefits are decent as far as what's covered and the variety of options, but they're expensive. Great location in downtown financial district. | Sometimes people are a little too laid back and that has lead to things moving more slowly than they should. That feels like it's improved a lot in recent years and a lot of major developments have come down the pike, but a lot more are needed to become a dominant player in this space.
