Respect a job well done... I worked there for years left for 1st party collection position (6 yrs away) owner found out I was out of work called me offered me a job I worked there 28 months until a great position come up in 1st party collections they told me door would always be open for me Only down side Management a little high stung and you need to have a thick skin but NOTHING ever said or done to every hurt anyone . There were co-workers that were nice. There was yelling, there was little to no support, there was poor communication /expectations. There was unrealistic expectations.
