What is the best part of working at the company?
Leaving. The management staff is not knowledgeable about the roll of a collector. They fail to hire enough clerical to deal with the client and sacrifice valuable call time.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Paper is easy if you have common sense
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible. New people are outsiders and the manager has her favorites and has no problem letting you know who they are.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Obnoxious screwing around and distractions constantly. No support.

As a collector I learned a great deal about dealing with people there. Upper management is always present and the door is always open. I made good money working there and the ceiling was endless. They are not I repeat they are not the stereotypical collection agency they truly care about their people and their clients

- Management love to micro-manage
- Unfair, unrealistic commission
- Management will find ways to fire you
- Management was very unprofessional, no coaching provided
- Company requires 100 calls per day, they don't count emails or letters sent as correspondence.
- Company doesn't care about profits they only care about the # of calls made a day.
AG Adjustments, for being a collection company, collections is not based on the # of calls made, collections is an art and results come from using the tools provided. I can see why your clients give you such a horrible rate for recovering accounts, AG Adjustments is not reliable as a company professionally and culturally.
