The coworkers are great. We would all help each other out, and even when times were tough it really felt like we were all in it together.
Some leaders that have since left truly cared about career growth.

Pay was far below market
The leadership/sales org is an "old boys club"
CEO micromanages employees, monitoring all customer comms. Will also say he cares about your ideas, then ignore them.

- Constant flippant remarks from leadership - Few people, even leadership seem to have an idea of the direction of the company - The company does a poor job of integrating newer team members into the company culture - People are afraid of new ideas... as it may threaten their standing - For such a small company, communication is awful
