In this Covid 19 pandemic, where many organizations were laying off theirs manpower, Agrostar has retained it’s employee and took care of each employee.
HRs are so caring regarding each aspects of employee.

1. in in-transient phase of scattered products and tech stack to a more mature and robust system. Meanwhile, maintenance is a bit of a pain but things have greatly improved with continued team effort.
2. Not anymore, but had a bit of negativity and undue-bias towards the new joiners from other companies, due to the existing team being dominantly consisting of freshers with few among them not much open to ideas, and took any polite rational questioning as against their ego. Things have improved greatly with new faces in the org and also with the existing folks cutting through the preconception with time.

I personally liked the the company it's value and 2star only for the owner not about facilities he is giving to the employee, good image can be created.
But the entrepreneur idea successfully buisnessman and with such a great values and the tagline #Making farmers win, I am impressed.

Starting from tagline- That's not happening every thing is sales driven there is no problem what you recommend if your sales targets are achieved you are great.
1. Agronomy team- The head is dumbo- and this famous between all adviser that he always give wrong recommendations.- in short he don't know anything.
2. Other states guys pls don't join here, all the upper POSITION is occupied by Marathi occupied people and they are dominant to the system you can never complaint against them things can turn up against you, since you are from other states either work their right or wrong... Be their Sycophant or you can be kicked out any of the time.
Marathi have tight unity and hell lot's of politics.
3.who can join- only the candidates with below average quality.
Most of senior are Dumbo seriously they know nothing don't know how they have promoted.
Behind the screen image is created and just promoted by maratha unity.
If you have talented no need to join here, if you have failed everywhere else thumbs up this is for you.
Coz only dummy can survive below Dumbo senior like if they are wrong also say yes sir, yes mam, thanq sir
Coz if u don't know anything u'll never have concern.
Otherwise you can be kicked out anytime.

1. Agronomist- if you are paying have good one he is of no use just thrash.
I don't how these kind of people have occupied such a important positions.
2. Push this dominant Marathi unity- make it working environment, I'm not going against the community please be clear but few good people are also there respect to all, But politics and discrimination th
3. With all training teach seniors to accept their mistakes, take a special class for this.
4. Training Idea is great but 1* to the way they everyone remain confused needs lots of improvement.
5. Pls sir, I respect you don't take anything negative but these all are reality, this have might be your great journey till now but to grow up from here u need to completely review your ground level things and have focus on these things, you have to keep close eyes and pls be aware of some of your favourite people they might be causing much harm. Favorite people can be ok when the community is small but as community grows you have to look to all with the same glass and all the dimensions.
