Interesting product, some cohort of clients love it and will never churn.

Disorganized leadership. Needed more leaders at the top who had more direct experience scaling fast growing SaaS companies

While it's great to see the team working on rebuilding the company culture post-pandemic, there are a few areas that could use improvement.
There were instances where the front desk staff seemed to talk down to the catering workers. Threats of termination were made, which isn't conducive to a positive work environment. Additionally, when the catering worker attempted to address the situation, they were interrupted by the office worker with phrases like "relax" and "I know," which could be perceived as patronizing.
Furthermore, I was surprised to witness an incident where the office worker called out the caterer for not saluting. This behavior seemed out of place and could be considered bizarre. Such actions only serve to create unnecessary tension and animosity among colleagues.
These behaviors are concerning and can negatively impact morale. It's important for managers to step in and provide guidance on handling conflicts respectfully. It's also disappointing to hear that the manager wasn't available to address these issues or listen to feedback.
Moving forward, prioritizing training and development opportunities, particularly in communication and conflict resolution skills, could help prevent similar incidents. Maintaining a professional and respectful environment is crucial for the company's success, especially during this period of reconstruction post-pandemic.

Incredible Product, Awful leadership
|
|
– Solid product and clients that truly love the technology
– Pay and benefits are great
– There are still excellent and resilient people left at the IC level, but, without direction or process, burnout is coming quick and middle management is squeezed in the middle.
|
- Complete lack of process, which is shocking for a 10 year old startup
- Executive team without direction
- The All Hands + Q&A Sessions are filled to the brim with non-answers and word salad
– Multiple rounds of layoffs/rehiring all in the name of "targeting the enterprise" yet many of the business decisions do not reflect this misleading direction. For example, an 80% reduction of the customer success team responsible for said enterprise relationships.

– Every all-hands only speak about the positive which frankly feels like gaslighting after a few quarters of abysmal morale and company direction. Don't be afraid to boldly discuss challenges, what we are doing to address them, and our progress QOQ.
– Bring in a seasoned leadership professional as CEO to take this ship forward
