It would not hurt to work on communication.

Company is good but unfortunately some site techs do not like contractors. I understand why because some contractors don’t care about doing a good job.

Can be anything from a service to troubleshooting.

Not a bad gig it's worth the time to get down the basics and get the training most managers are cool. Techs are a coin toss some times good sometimes not so much.
Some Shared trucks some not . Trucks have cameras. Raises only once a year. Good benefits

Best Independant Service Provider in the Industry

Overall Airway Services is a very good company to work for. They are a large company, yet still interact with the technicians in the field on a personal level. The work is hard, and you have to be motivated to adapt to changes within the company as well as changes within the companies they support. If hired by Airway Services you will be given a good deal of reasonability, and with that responsibility comes a good deal of opportunity. For me working for Airways was a life changing opportunity.

Good pay per diem, company truck with gas/service card 401K medical/dental/eye benefits uniform allowance, PTO/R&R paid airline tickets home GWO certification PPE, referral bonus
|
Working in remote locations with limited accommodations, spending long periods of time without going home, having to work with technicians in the field that lack respect and curtesy, can sometimes have an amount of favoritism, hard work punctuality and striving for success isn't recognized as much as it should be

Long hours and then expected to drive to pick up other people

Good Ol’ boys club if you don’t belong to it and all you do is work, you won’t last long
