You become very valuable if you are good within your position. They value your ideas and are open to suggestions. They give you the ability to work independently without micromanaging. You get the opportunity to expand in other areas and grow if you perform and have the knowledge. They support you with tools such as webinars or classes which will help you within your position.

I don’t have any complaints. I generally focus on taking care of my day to day responsibilities. Some people are unhappy no matter what, but I feel that if you are not happy with your employer or position, simply move on.

Occasional Bonuses, fellow co workers are amazing

No room for growth, poor management, VERY stressful environment, security guard has to search your bag every day and scan your body with a diamond detector wand prior to leaving the office (HUMILIATING) The main HR person is completely unprofessional, is extremely condescending. You cant eat at your desk, the place is mice infested, the water filter is often broken so you'll end up have black particles in your cup. One of the higher ups walks around the office all day and gives you uncomfortable stares. THIS PLACE IS TOXIC. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

if you show results and work hard...they definitely give you better opportunities than most other companies. Have grown a lot since i have started...also the existing team is amazing and are all very happy.

if you don't work hard and do not show results...they will find out quickly. They should give free bottled water instead of having a water fountain. Give more options for coffee

Although we all work great together, we should do more activities outside work i.e. paint balling, bowling, happy hour :) etc etc. Most of us in customer service, operations, production, credit departments etc have been here for over 10 years and should become closer outside work as well.

Absolutely nothing good about this place.

Terrible office with NO AC! Cramped up cubicle space that's piled up with stuff from 10 years ago.
WORST management ever- no sense of direction. Will not evaluate what went wrong, instead just kept on pushing forward more scattered ideas.
Absolutely no raise and they will give you more things you can handle constantly.
worst medical benefit and there are mandatory vacation days.
