This is most shameless company I have ever been.
The reason for staying in AlarmForce mainly because I have no choice. The economics in North America was getting worse since the September 11th, and even further worse after 2008's financial crisis. It was not easy to find another job.
This company has no professional moral at all, whether it is for employees or for the customers. Full of lies, bully, & injustice. Some of the guys can even earn $200,000/year just by sleeping in the office, while other hard working guys with 10+ years of contribution got fired just by doubting the leadership. Some of the leaders would not take any responsibilities for losing thousands of dollars manufacture materials, and even got rewarded at the end of the month, while other real responsible employees got arranged serious meetings to be warned just because they planned to do some exchanges between the weekends & workdays.

This is clearly a win for employees who are trying to understand an employer’s culture, whether their compensation and pay is fair, and learn about benefits and company policies. We believe in transparency at Fairygodboss, and believe that job candidates should do their homework in order to find the best places,

Although monetarily the company does pay well there does need to be infrastructure in place to allow technicians move up through the company. It does seem like once you're a tech there's not a ton of opportunity especially since it is a Canadian based company. If you'd like your techs to work on Saturdays make sure that they get a 2 day weekend in some way. It does feel at time smothering that you don't really get days off. Also in the hiring process try to give people without outside experience the opportunity to get into this position. Sometimes all people need is a chance. I appreciate the opportunity I have had. But company leadership needs to be more interactive with all people at all levels of the company and maybe consider doing something to benefit technicians using their personal vehicles because the wear and tear is immense.

Great people to work with with great management. Fun and enthusiastic environment. Great place to start off in a technology role if you are fresh out of school or looking for experience. Very fast paced environment.
Not overly complicated technology, not a place to stay long if you are looking to advance in any particular field. Due to the design of hierarchy, very little room for advancement.
