High turnover of staff, nonsupporting & Educated Management and Administration staff. Management disrespects staff at the branch level. Work environment is very stressful. HR department is a waste of time, she is all about ACU and does NOT care about the staff they employee. ACU has created after hour staff events that requires mandatory attendance.

If managment does not like you, you will not advance, you see the CEO a lot as him and the executives like to see what’s going on. People Re amazing to work with, the pay is much lower than your average service representative, and it is hard to move up

What I learned was to provide the best customer service, doing it right the first time
Management was sometimes not the greatest for leading by example
Co workers were difficult to deal with at times

Great people to work with, enjoyed working with the public

I worked for this company for 10 years and I feel I came away from this job with a lot of experience in working with cash and the public. I worked with an amazing team of people and really we became a family. The most enjoyable part of this job was being able to help people everyday with there banking needs and getting to know so many of our clients. The frustrating thing with working here was the pay increases were very minimal and I felt it unfair.

Very relaxed work environment, learn a lot about the basic financial products. Management usually has a friendly relationship with the employees.
