Great Platform, Even Better Culture

The company is customer and service-centric. They listen to their customers and their employees. Culture and customer success is a key focus of the management team. Having experience working directly with other data center organizations, I can say that I have yet to see a more intelligent workforce (company-wide) and one that cares more about the work they do.
|
We work in a fast-moving, highly competitive industry. In order to succeed, the organization does need to sometimes move at a faster than normal pace to address customer timelines and requirements, this requires true dedication and time from team members.

As far as a COLO site goes aligned energy provides the best work environment and staff available. The schedule is great and there is a lot of flexibility if needed. Flint and Mike are both very respectful, smart and caring, they are some of the best managers I have ever had.

The company is still growing causing not all systems to be in places such as CCMS and BMS.

Small company with access to capital so it is growing rapidly. I get to have normal conversations with entire executive team during site tours. The company is making good investments in training, automation of processes, and systems. I like the culture.

Sometimes it seems like we are trying to perform maintenance on a flying airplane. There has been a lot of change as the company as it is continually driving improvement and this can be more than we can absorb.

The team is fully dedicated to doing what is right for the clients and employees. Interestingly enough, that is a tough balance but Aligned has achieved it. Organizations always go through changes and Aligned just recently went through one that is turning out to be incredibly positive for clients and employees.
