When there is something going on in the office, management needs to talk to all employees not just the property manager to come to a common ground. A lot of situations could be prevented if management knew how to communicate with staff properly and not being arrogant because they are the property manager. A good leader will always have a good team because they lead by example. You can’t be a manager if you do not know how to lead properly and communicate with all your staff and not just certain ones so everyone can be on one accord. Management also should not gossip about employees, and make the work environment uncomfortable.
