There is no solid work schedule or guaranteed hours. You don’t even see the same clients because they are always changing the clients you work with, as well as clients getting frustrated with the company and terminating their contracts with ALLSEASONS. High turnover rates. You meet a lot of sweet clients Everything. I truly enjoyed the relationships, being an advocate, and sometimes just lending an ear or a shoulder made all the difference in the world to that person on the phone with you or sitting face-to-face with you. Clients and personal attendants just need to be heard. The management was great, demonstrating great trust in the office staff, a team that was committed to providing quality care. The hardest part of the job was negative feedback from a client, and the most enjoyable part was empowering the client to independence, and empowering the personal attendant to achieve greatness. Travel to various facilities and private homes of patients. Take call throughout day to help facilities with patient care, medications and incidents involving patients. Managing the visits to patients, training new nurses to understand the concept of hospice nursing as well and coping with the loss of patients. Talking to patient's families is difficult when patient has passed away, but rewarding as well. Family has support system with hospice in place. One of the best places to work for in the HOME CARE category. Communication with the staff pertaining 'to work assignment could easily be understood. In other words, there is the clarity in the transfer of messages between one person towards the other. Payroll check (an important part of the story) is accurate and arrives in a very timely manner. Nowadays due perhaps to the high demand attendant to personal healthcare, the necessity for more workers willing to do the job is steadily rising. There is no doubt that home care will be the trend of the future considering the number of senior citizens and baby boomers that enter the age 65 age zone. ALL SEASONS HOMECARE, without doubt fulfills the function and destiny for which it has been created. I also learned the significance of knowing how to interact with every individual, in order to accomodate their needs. Personally, the job was not difficult, as I was employed during the weekdays as a Living Attendant with an additional company.
