I'm biased here because I owned the company. Of course I felt that my employees learned and developed in the software field. The workplace culture focused on excellence, timeless, completeness, striving for minimal callbacks, and self-improvement. The hardest part of this job was to retain employees. Once I spent the expense of training to be good programmers, they left to work for larger corporations. The most enjoyable part of my work was to originate a sale, create a solution, develop the solution, implement the solution, train the users, and ultimately receive positive feedback.
