Some of their tests are created by sub-par language instructors. Even after multiple attempts to fix mistakes, management never took it up seriously. Their Uzbek reading test is utter nonsense. Even after multiple native speaking test-takers have complained, management never reviewed nor tried to fix the existing gaps. The staff is great. The culture is awesome. And there is a lot of support from the staff along with flexibility. The best part about this company is that there is a lot of transparency between upper management and staff. None that I can really think of. I mean, everyone has their own office and the location is great. You work right across the street from a MARTA station and then Lenox Mall.
