Was a great experience working with them but honestly they need to unite more on the delivery and end goal. Consistency is a huge problem but got better towards the end of my time. Free coffee :) Awesome coworkers and leaders, I always felt heard. Very progressive, LGBTQ advocates. Very cool office and free tickets to most* shows. You feel encouraged to grow all of your skills, you'll learn a lot of different things you didn't know you could. Tight turn arounds on projects. Sometimes long hours if there's important stuff happening. Stubborn (sometimes rude) female coworker, specifically one who is no longer there. Not much room for growth since they're not a giant corporation. Awesome to be able to work so closely with artists. You really are in the drivers seat of your career, self-motivation is a must. Hard to handle the negativity from some of the coworkers. Extreme paranoia and unwilling to listen to qualified employees. Toxic office culture where employees are routinely asked to report on one another. High turnover as a result. No room for career growth unless you quit. You will have to work overtime and not be compensated for it. Typically handles disputes with passive aggression instead of any kind of conflict management. Does not pay freelancers on time.
