I learned so much. Mgmt was awesome, a few people were awful to work with but i don't think they are there anymore, one female coworker was the literal worst. Culture is super open, friendly with all walks of life. Everything is generated in house and as an employee in a smaller company, you wore many hats. Wearing many hats made things difficult, but this advanced me in my knowledge of advertising and sales. Being and account executive, I would work directly with clients in print, digital, and mobile assets selling advertising through our properties. Everyone on each team is friend and easy to work with and everyone has the same goals. Direct relationships with multiple labels in the music industry.
