Really smart team. Management that are easy to work with and really care about the company - they put massive effort into hiring great people to maintain the great company culture and constantly improve our growth trajectory. Pay is very good for a startup and the future looks great! From a technical point of view: technical management are very experienced and know how to manage teams of software engineers to make them most productive. Engineers are trusted to make their own technical decisions and encouraged to share what they learn with the rest of the team. Emphasis is placed on team velocity and not individual performance. There is flexibility to move into different roles to help you achieve your own career goals. I really can't imagine a greater place to work. | No cons that don't exist in any other startup that is growing rapidly and changing the world. Priorities change and deadlines are tight sometimes, but that's part of the excitement of working at a startup. Smart teams and superb company culture. | There is a huge emphasis put on hiring the right fit for the team. The engineers and developers here are exceptionally smart people, to make the situation even better they are all incredible team players. From daily stand-ups, to support from management, the team are always in control. The locations of the offices in both Ireland and the US are positioned well for staff to have a good work life balance and lots to do in the surrounding areas. This brings me on to the most important thing which is the overall company culture; micro-management is avoided and making changes for the better are encouraged. | To be honest, I have not noted any negatives yet. I have worked for various types of companies, from large corporates to advertising agencies. I can safely say that this is the happiest I have been to date.
