A lot of nice, same level employees.

They absolutely DO NOT know how to train properly and then talk behind your back and demean you if what you did was wrong . They lie to your face. The pay is great until you find out on your own that they dock your pay if you don't work a full 40 hrs , even if your not salary. Ridiculously caddie and I will never work in an office setting full of drama filled BS again !!

They were very honest when i started that this was not the job that would make a millionaire over night. But if i worked hard that i would be comfortable. I love that many clients form years ago end up calling back eventually. The services we offer are great and make sense so that make selling easy when you believe what your selling is great.

Good pay, good benefits. Until you call them on moving paying accounts.

Management acts as if we are all a family. If that is the case then mommy is verbally abusive and daddy does not care no matter how much of a earner you are. 4 year president award winner that called manager on moving paying files. Dealt with verbal abuse as much as I could take it. Now they refuse to pay me for the money I earned.

Make managers accountable for there actions. HR needs to understand HR means Human Resources not report to lower level management, ignore employee and allow management to motivate with threats of termination. After a while you will get paid to suck up or deal with verbal abuse. The work is easy for hard working talented people. You should pay more attention to your employees.

Management is very focused on phone activity, you'd better be on the phone or you're going to hear about it.
