Not enough hours and insurance is very expensive. I enjoy my students that I work with on a daily basis. I work with special needs children .Elementary and Junior high school students.

Job's not bad
|
It takes a while to get used to the hours, the job is rewarding in many ways (specially interacting with the students) and the pay isn't terrible. The Transportation supervisors have their favorites, and everyone else is just there. The co-workers are mostly nice, but the break room can get loud and clique-y at times.

I have not had any problems with AISD. I am professional and friendly and they treat me the same way! I think overall Alvin ISD is better than any other school districts in Houston and surrounding areas!
