|
A typical day at work is either so busy that everyone is grumpy and stressed or there is no work to be done because of lack of communication. Management is equally as stressed but the higher ups don’t really give a hoot about if their employees are underpaid and overworked. The only thing enjoyable about this job is getting to leave at the end of the day

I used to be proud

There is no clear direction from management. There are so many people that are talented and being mistreated, I don't know why people even shows up to work. My co-workers are incredible people, and it is not fair to anyone. The company was hit hard by the coronavirus outbreak, so they could not make payroll -- all employees were notified of a 35% reduction in salaries 5 days before payday. This agency is a sinking ship.
