Being in the workforce for many years, I was so blessed to find an opportunity like this at Amazing Spaces! I have never worked for a company that truly strives to express to each team member how important they are to the business. In addition to training, support, and opportunities for development within your position, there are also advancement in personal growth with free online training. Their four key principles are innovation, teamwork, community, and relationships, and I can attest it’s not just a philosophy they wrote, it is something that day-to-day operations encompass. The owners invest in the company and team members, as you can see by the storage locations state-of-the-art design from workstations with up-to-date computer systems to the top of the line security system, contests for bonuses, fun activities like step contests for prizes, and so much more! It truly is an AMAZING place to work! Their benefits also include health, dental and 401K.

No company is perfect and I can see some disconnect within team members of the overall vision of the company is trying to achieve. I think they are working to close the gap though.

Company is extremely fake with their employees, they turn the team against each other by creating a competitive work environment. The cooperate team is a clique that is not to be trusted and does not always remain professional in their decision making. There is no confidentiality, the record and video every move you make. Management throws out all these demands but could never do what their employees do on a daily basis.

Higher pay than the others, but you will be extremely micromanaged

No job stability, 75% of the employees have been replaced. Employees suffer from unethical and unfair treatment. There is no room for growth in the company, it is the total opposite of amazing . Don't be fooled by the extra pay, you will be over worked even on Sundays with extreme micromanaging for those few extra dollars, it's not worth it. Upper level management is constantly watching your every move on camera, several times you are expected to work alone and are not given a lunch break. Poor company culture with no work life balance, be prepared to complete an unreal task list on a daily basis . No concern for employees during pandemic.You are expected to handle pesticides and hazardous chemicals.Don't do it, there are better companies in the industry, don't go after the money.

As a premium storage facility you really can tell it’s something different. We have high standards and make an otherwise unattractive industry and make into something you can be proud of. Everyone cares and wants you to be successful. Need help? It’s there for you when you ask and often even when you don’t. Stable company in a stable industry where the owners go above and beyond regularly (random gift cards to show appreciation) and the entire corporate team is Amazing.
Some benefits are above and beyond what you expect for a small company.

There is always something to do so time management is critical or you’ll get eaten alive.
While some benefits are more than expected, others can be costly when you move past just the team member.

The employees that work here are nice and hardworking despite the toxic conditions management creates.

Management don't trust their employees and never take their side. I haven't been here very long, but unhappy and the rest of the employees have expressed how miserable they are. The owners and management try to buy you with incentives that every body don't get, but they treat you like maids and servants. They say we are amazing a-players, but treat us the opposite, talk about us and write us up for any and everything.

New management has created a toxic enviroment and the owners seem clueless.

Long time employees are terrific people and you'll enjoy working with them. However, they are fed up with upper management and would like to leave if they can find a job.

You can't trust what the company says. Ironically, the company will never trust you. You are constantly being recorded. Audio and video. The company is chronically understaffed, but you are still expected to get all work done. You have to clean outside units, in the heat, and still look fresh to wait on customers.

Every team member becomes like family! The culture and values of the company are exceptional. I love that it's locally and family owned. Amazing Spaces goes above and beyond for each employee. They set you up for success with tons of training opportunities. I've never worked for a company that shows so much appreciation! Properties are gorgeous, very nice place to work all day. There's always something to keep you busy, never a dull day! I'm very happy working here and I'm so thankful for my work family!
