Some supervisors will work with you. Head dept. people will try to run you out of a job if you cannot make production or meet quota standards and if you get caught or people lie about you continuously they will let you go without an investigation. Other employees that do not like you will try their hardest to complain to get you fired. If you sign for another job and get it, they take their sweet time. Have so called trainers that only run what the person they train run will shut down jobs so they can watch someone run one machine. Some employees stay on their jobs all day and do good to get a break while others take breaks all day. And if you are Mexican you can do whatever you want come in when you want and get paid the most and still do nothing. Very hot and nasty! -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 2.0 3.0 2.0 1.0 2.0 2.0 24963 Open Clean the place up stop letting section people tell you what they are going to do and not do, it’s their job along with everyone else to do what it takes to keep the place in good shape stop paying these so called trainers to stand around and take breaks all day and when someone that runs a job everyday tells you what the problem is LISTEN cause they know more than the people that just walk around.If someone is out ir the trainer has someone not running a full set then put section people on the job instead of stopping the job off it want kill them to work.stop the morning meetings that’s 5 sometimes 10 minutes that people can be on their jobs 1 meeting a week should be good.
