Favoritism runs rampant, if youre not in the tight group then youll be given all the grunt work and used as a scapegoat. A lot is up to the discretion of management. The environment is completely toxic and discourages employees from growing within the company. The turnover rate is also extremely high. Management has a deranged view in terms of what is acceptable. They lack common decency and respect for its employees (In my opinion). My own supervisor didn't even speak to me until about 2 weeks into working there. She played favorites very obviously since she invited two people out of the 4 person department to dinner & margaritas. Then very loudly talked about how fun their night was. She didn't acknowledge my existence or my colleagues the whole time I worked there. Normal 40 hour a week schedule. Management. Pay.
