Receiving a trouble ticket, and hoping that when you walk into the room, you can quickly resolve the issue and allow the business partner to get back to work. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Nice work environment, the culture is all about business. What is a typical day like for you at the company? It was hard work and eventually I was required to test for the Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses but there was adequate training and time for studying during work hours. I experienced a lot of support and rewards for my efforts and did interviewing and training of new employees. I knew very little about the stock market and different types of investments, but again we had experienced trainers who came to our floors with us and provided support on phone calls. Advancement is there if you work for it. To date, my best all-around employer. Nice work environment, regular updates to technology, occasional celebrations, holiday meals None I can think of.
