ACR really seems to value their employees. They prioritize a work-life balance and provide great benefits. They have gone above and beyond during the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure that all employees were safe and were able to continue to do their work despite the circumstances. Awful lower level management- negative, miserable micromanagers. LOTS of inner organizational POLITICS, specifically within Governance/Membership dept.
Departments do not work together, everyone works against each other. (very bad culture)
If you get stuck with a bad manager, leave! It will not get better, and HR will not support employees who are unhappy/unsatisfied. HR will force you to stay under miserable managers and push you out regardless of how many open positions are available in the organization.
If you do not like to be intensely micromanaged, this organization is probably not the one for you.
Many people come and go on a daily basis, almost all because of management/HR.
