We are hopeful about the upcoming merger with California Institute of Integral Studies, which seems to have a much more mature and professional institutional culture.

Faculty grossly underpaid for clinic supervision ($36/hr).
Very poor communication from administration.
Policies and procedures for advancement are ignored.
Friends of administrators overstep advancement of senior faculty.
All faculty = Part Time = No Benefits.
No HR Department. Faculty never notified of rights.
Lowering standards of admission to increase number of enrolled students.
