Work with student and Dentist to achieve educational goals. Assist reps in answering calls, fielding questions and implementing solutions.
I learned a lot about dental education and hygiene and the step a person must go through to become a dentist.
The work environment was close and the teams were always helpful.
The hardest times were right before classes were scheduled to start and students needed to figure out what information was still needed to register for class.
The most enjoyable times are always when you can resolve a person's problem and make that customer happy.

An Association that needs some internal dissection.

A review of this association eight months ago would have been the complete opposite of its current state. ADEA's Division of Membership Services, which includes the entirety of the communications department, is lacking in solid leadership and direction. The Association's management's lack of direction or understanding of its lower tier employees has created a morale malaise and high turnover, which in turn has affected its ability to provide quality communications and publications in a timely manner to its members and the public.
