It is a small office and conveniently located downtown. Very easy location to run errands during the lunch hour. There is not career development. The staff does not work as a team and junior staff can since the tension from upper management. There is not accountability for management. They can do as they please. In staff meeting they mention you either have a compress workday off or telecommute, the Deputy and Senior Managers who have a compress workday off what able to telecommute if they had an emergency at home. A place for great personal growth. The office culture is very relaxed and accessible to personal needs. Low pay and not much room for advancement.
