If you are a dual income home you may be okay. If you are trying to support yourself or a family on just an Amico salary, good luck. Management doesn’t know how to give constructive criticism. Shaming employees after termination Every action is micro managed. The employees that work for you are not high school students who can afford next to minimum wage. Your employees are adults living in the GTA. The wages aren’t enough to get by. Give constructive criticism vs. Feedback given in the moment under stressful circumstances. Coaching in the moment is very different than reprimanding in the moment and constructive criticism is very different than just criticism. Stop sending emails letting everyone know when someone has been fired. If the work is being done, don’t micromanage petty things that don’t matter. All it does it decrease employee morale.
