There really is none about the company, except for decent discounts on sub-par items, you can smoke weed on the job and no one really cares, even the managers. Drivers can smoke weed while driving, drivers and managers smoke weed outside the depot, etc.

- Poor management and strategies; unorganized is an understatement - Over-hiring, no one listens to you, empty promises like "promote from within" but doesn't happen unless you're friends with someone - No one really knows the laws and they break laws all the time -- its like the blind leading the blind - Accounting sucks - missing tips, missing mileage reimbursements, lots of paycheck mistakes - Benefits - they do NOT cover 1% of your benefits - Delivery routing sucks - you get skipped often-dispatcher do not do their jobs always - Do not have a solid training program, everyone does everything differently - F/T doesn't mean 40 hours, they cut your hours/days whenever they want, be happy to get anything more than 30 hours -- this can be a good thing if you need to balance work-life more

Well funded, competitive pay, an opportunity to get your feet wet in the retail cannabis delivery space, very grassroots company culture.

Poor company/management structure. Poor hiring process results in risky over-hiring underqualified personnel, and under-investing into essential technology. Management takes credit for successes instead of attributing to employees. "Grind" type work - no real opportunity to learn or advance (if you already have experience). Company is not growing at the same rate they are promising their employees. Questionable trajectory. We also let a ton of people go / people left who were good employees, not because they weren't good at their jobs, but because they didn't get along with senior management.

Management needs to step up in supporting and enabling their employees to succeed. My experience at this company was over a year of managers standing on my shoulders, claiming credit for the successes of my work, all the while denouncing me and my team instead of taking responsibility for our failures and giving assistance. My managers stole from the company, regularly denounced other managers/employees, and ultimately spoiled my perspective of Amuse. I sincerely hope things have changed.
