A company destined for failure
|
From segregation in the workplace, to unhinge and unprofessional management, as well as unfair expectations/treatment. "A-Ruse" would be more fitting, seeing as this company lures you in with false promises of good pay, job security, as well as growth and advancement in the workplace, only to turn around and misuse/abuse your work ethic while paying you little to nothing (sometimes cut your checks short without warning), a common bait-and-switch which has been increasing in not only this company, but a lot of others alike.
Hard work goes unappreciated, yet small mistakes are micromanaged and get you disciplined right away. Management cares nothing for employees, and would even go so far as to violating governmental regulations, using us, to further their profit, yet scolded for small insignificant mistakes. The workplace is also a bit toxic, with there being cliques of employees who are only right knit with each other and make one feel ostracized, which creates toxicity in the workplace for certain people like myself, not making for a good experience, especially mental health wise.
My best advice? If you're looking for a job in the cannabis industry, invest in or start a business. Don't work for these guys.

Toxic workplace due to manager
|
I’ve been working at this company for some time, and the experience has been a mixed bag. The typical day involves clocking in and preparing for deliveries, a process marred by subpar training that one colleague endured without pay. Unfortunately, this led to her resignation, highlighting a glaring issue.
Management is a significant pain point, displaying a lack of responsiveness and awareness. The hardest part of the job involves dealing with the challenge of order returns, compounded by a notable internal theft issue and a sense of favoritism among staff.
On the downside, the company’s approach to scheduling can be frustrating. While promising great hours initially, there’s a concerning trend of reducing hours over time. Additionally, if there are no orders, employees are required to clock out, impacting scheduled work hours.
Despite these challenges, a silver lining is found in the enjoyable aspects of driving and sightseeing.

It’s not worth it.
|
Union-Busting, slowly going out of business, fires willy nilly, unable to grow and refused to get new management when the last one left because the pay was awful. No culture and no raises even when they give you whole second, third jobs to do (because they fired that whole department). No samples and the few you get are old an expired. Management doesn’t tell you a god damned thing. Depressing place to work and all issues are blamed on you.

Seems like a good place to work at because who wouldn’t love to work in this environment? Some days are faster than others. If sales are slow, you can expect to just sit there for minutes to hours depending on how slow it is. Management sucks. The company only cares about themselves. They literally fired everybody at the Lynwood location from one day to the next because they wanted to retaliate against us for unionizing. Mileage reimbursement isn’t worth it with this economy. Tips vary and aren’t guaranteed. If you crash your car, THEY DO NOT CARE! They will wish you the best and hope you find another one. They cut hours at their discretion and put who they like on the schedule for all the hours they need

The people at the local level are great to work with but the corporate side of the company are not. I have been trying to get a different position for months and poor management has me leaving the company.
