Entrepreneurialism is encouraged. You're part of a team where people look out for each other. An enviable client list. You're treated like an adult, given a lot of responsibility (at a senior level) but not micro-managed. Flexible working has never been an issue for me. It's an agency in flux. There's a lot of change happening. I worked at AnalogFolk Hong Kong for 3 years in the capacity of a Senior Visual Designer. During my time there I had the opportunity to work on diverse digital projects for some of the biggest global brands and accounts out there: From rebuilding/rethinking existing platforms to creating new ones, from lifestyle to beauty brands, from furniture companies to luxury shopping malls, I was always challenged and never bored with the projects I was put on. I got the chance to spread my wings and develop my skill set as a designer working independently on certain projects, and also receiving mentorship and guidance when needed from the creative management. I can definitely say that I grew and learnt a lot as a creative thinker during my time there and am proud of the work we did together. 
Another great (or maybe the best) aspect about AnalogFolk is their unique work culture. They are a group of talented, brilliant and passionate individuals, who are fun, loving and genuinely caring people. They literally do not work with 'mean-spirited' people (I believe it’s even in their company manual). The fact that it is still a small company, allows for close and flexible collaboration. I especially enjoyed our regular team building activities, like junk excursions, beach trips or the occasional night out. This all wouldn’t be possible without the leadership of the two founders of the company, who lead by example and who have created an environment of trust. Not many agencies compare to AF, especially in Hong Kong, where turnover is high and employee engagement is low. I definitely recommend working with them, as they are one of the best agencies to work for in Hong Kong and globally. Out of my years there, I've also made a lot of great friends. * As part of a global network, you get the chance to work with talented folks in the other offices around the globe, great chance to learn and absorb the best out of everyone. * There's a strong leadership team. They don't just tell you what to do, they do it with you. Everyone is really hands on and passionate about the work. * Great room for growth if you are smart, driven, and ready to take on challenges. * The management team is super considerate about work life balance. You can't get the same level of work life balance anywhere else in the agency world!
