private:anchorfabrication https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=1180508 Dec 27th, 2018 12:00AM Open Open Anchor Fabrication Fort Worth, TX Weld Close to home , short drive Bad pay Crap insurance No bonuses ,no raises Short weeks at holidays like Nye we don't work but office MGT dies but we don't get no pay making us get less than 40 hr Don't work here if you need ins because this stuff don't pay nothing , limit how many time you can even go to Dr then prescription too much at CVS and it's impossible to get verified Flu shots you have to pay for unless you pay for the Dr too Got hire fast and regretted it fast to Work long hrs inc Saturdays Start pay is low and they say they a Christian company but don't treat us like that Many people depend on bonus and good benefits to be ok with low start pay and not getting any raises I won't stay here a d see not many people do in the welding and shipping area At least I don't have too long to drive Oh also don't think you will get that hire on bonus they find ways to not pay that to , if you even talk to some temp staffing company they say you hired from there , that's real Christ like ! Though a small organization, there is up to date equipment to support precision fabrication. Hourly employees are underpaid for their skill set. There is an inner circle mentality. If one is not a part of the inner circle, suggestions and inputs are immediately rejected. Compensate hourly employees competitive market value.
