Crap insurance
No bonuses ,no raises
Short weeks at holidays like Nye we don't work but office MGT dies but we don't get no pay making us get less than 40 hr
Don't work here if you need ins because this stuff don't pay nothing , limit how many time you can even go to Dr then prescription too much at CVS and it's impossible to get verified
Flu shots you have to pay for unless you pay for the Dr too
Got hire fast and regretted it fast to
Work long hrs inc Saturdays
Start pay is low and they say they a Christian company but don't treat us like that
Many people depend on bonus and good benefits to be ok with low start pay and not getting any raises
I won't stay here a d see not many people do in the welding and shipping area
At least I don't have too long to drive
Oh also don't think you will get that hire on bonus they find ways to not pay that to , if you even talk to some temp staffing company they say you hired from there , that's real Christ like !
If someone want to work near 60 hrs to get the pay they would work 45-48 done place else then you can take my place .

Treat employees better a d know e got familys that we work for but don't never see because we always at work
Give a bonus not that meat coupon that my wife still had to pay 20 for a ham ,I bet office people got a party and bonus pay
We might not be dressing fancy and all but we the ones that build what you sale so you can get them nice office ,clothes cars and pay.
It would be nice to believe owner mgr appreciate the guys that build the products

Hourly employees are very knowledgeable and share information among one another in order to produce the best product possible. Though a small organization, there is up to date equipment to support precision fabrication.

Hourly employees are underpaid for their skill set. There is an inner circle mentality. If one is not a part of the inner circle, suggestions and inputs are immediately rejected. Often those who may see a different approach, and bring it to the table are often ignored forcing good talent to go elsewhere.

Be more receptive to suggestion from hourly and salary employees. Compensate hourly employees competitive market value. Don't shut out good talent because they see a different method to accomplish a task, it may be cost saving for the company and promote more ideas from the employees who would take pride in the organization.

Lots of Irrational Changes

Will hire anyone who needs a job and is willing to work hard. Company has 3 shifts. QA has improved recently.

Lots of immigrants working there. Misunderstandings occur often because of language barrier. Mistakes happen all of the time that cost the company money.
