A typical day consists of early morning weight room workouts followed by skill work. Then class for the student-athletes. Prior to practice we would have a study hall, and then go to practice.

Great place to work if you live close by

Great work environment. The compensation is the only downfall. They don’t pay very well and there aren’t that many benefits. The budgets for each department are also quite low.

Good place to work with a family atmosphere

Great place to work and you are treated like family. The small atmosphere at a private Methodist college is great. We have a small nursing department but we work well together to benefit the students.

Fun but stressful

Working with the other RA's was an amazing experience, but as RA's we were required to do certain things that weren't in our job description. Being a RA came with no benefits and we had to take on a work study job if we wanted to get paid.

Have heard some good things since former President D.S. was fired. There was no innovative thinking during my few years there. Colleagues were great but admin was incompetent and malicious.

Productive and fun place to work
|
A typical day at work would consist of all the staff working to help injured players. There would also be days when we would go to the fields and watch the players, and be of assistance if anyone got hurt. The hardest part of the job was seeing students get hurt because that's never something that anyone wants to see. What I enjoy the most is that I get to be a part of a team, and I get to help others.
