I enjoy going to work each and every day knowing we have an amazing team of people that are dedicated to our patients and their families, as well as the company we work for. Management sets goals every month, and rewards hard work with incentives that can be achieved. Throughout the year, we have fun activities to celebrate our successes, which definitely boosts employee morale. Our company is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to serve our patients. Fortunately for me, I work in a department that works Monday through Friday.
