Great people, amazing product, great location. Right at the Redwood City train station. The head of HR was a great and a truly warm person.

Unfortunately, the ramp up and training sets you up to fail. This all happened though as covid became a problem.

Lots of reviews will say the "Bad Apples" are no longer there. Yes management did try to pin that on "bad actors" that they hired and then got frustrated when the market said no to them. the "bad actors" may be gone but the ineptitude is still present,

Decent Product/ Company, but toxic leadership.

People-centric company. Competitive salary, benefits, and some perks. The top down culture is geared towards improving employee relations.
|
A company with great workforce and decent product, but leadership is very toxic. Layoffs every six months, starts with the sales staff, then trickles over to other groups. Cronyism, egos, and even BULLYING across leadership/ C-levels mainly due to the lack of alignment across counterparts. Leadership is not invested in employee enablement or development.
While the overall culture below leadership is positive, direct managers appear to be very insecure, looking out for themselves, rather than for the team as a whole.
-"I will put a bullet through the sales team"- a statement made by the Chief Customer Officer.

Employees drink the coolaid and really throw themselves into their work. Strategies get destroyed to reap return from other regions regardless of impact to energies expended.
Support your employees more and re-consider your hire/fire strategy. Especially during a global pandemic.

Came in as last of the founders were leaving. It was great meeting them briefly before they left.

Downright mean culture. Some of the most cold blooded firings I’ve seen, such as firing ISRs a week before Christmas. Business wasn’t working, rather than lay-off they went out of their way to humiliate and frustrate.

Pays pretty well, Great People, Focused on delivering for the customers, interesting tech, heaps of experienced people to learn from.
They have recently booted a crap manager who fired a ton of outstanding staff that was a bad time and a really hard time to be an employee. However since then even with COVID things are looking really positive.
Management is taking on board the feedback of some very experienced staff and things are looking good for the future; the tech and the role.
Prior to starting with Anomali, I was looking to change roles every 18mths due to boredom and not seeing a future or moron management, however much to my family's surprise I am still ignoring the recruiters' calls; there must be something about working here that is attractive :)

It was fantastic prior to new management changes (which there has been plenty of), great employees to work with, and somewhat ok perks
|
The company is losing tons of customers due to a sustained value proposition, newly acquired top-level management has no idea how the product functions (or have logged in), no career path for different teams especially now that funding is lackluster. Tons of turnover.

Sales is lead by incredible management who is all about trusting their employees, encouraging them to do better and better and in the end succeed. With a restructure can come lots of negative reviews so just don't believe everything that you read.
