No room for independence. The president has her hands in everything and you're just a gopher. Don't try to brainstorm solutions or offer insight, if you don't agree with her way, you're out. She works night and day and expects the same from you with little pay. Benefits are terrible, particularly the health insurance.

Patient safety is their mission, and it felt good to be working for that purpose. In addition, they provide a quite humanistic atmosphere where new employees are made to feel welcomed, and they had a benefits package that seemed pretty great.
