Too much admin from AMC! It is difficult to effectively manage the property when new administrative task are constantly being added. AMC managers are buried in paperwork. None of the processes are simple or direct every task has 5-10 so steps before the final execution. We use multiple software programs and none are connected. AIM the software is clunky and easy to make errors and difficult to reverse
