Because I have the ability to come in to the office a couple of times a week, I get to experience the positive atmosphere that the team there has cultivated over the years. I adore the people I work with. Although the work can be difficult, my team is always willing to help. In my experience, management has always prioritized mental health and the number of times I’ve asked for accommodations, management has gone out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. Customers are usually very nice, especially when they happen to hear my baby girl cooing while I work from home. The few customers that are very curt or hard to deal with, because of the way we take care of tickets right now, no one support person takes on the brunt of that alone.
