Nicely decorated office with plenty of space.
|
Experience was a total disappointment. Manager was unwilling to help me learn products and processes and pushed me off to the office support. Support claiming they were too busy and was helped in a rush! Upper management with their high dollar suit and pocket scarves every day were out of touch on helping to learn the products and product support, only interested in training sales tactics and getting numbers.

Quit being so concerned in looking the professional part with your business suits and pocket scarves and offering more product coaching and the sales will follow. Office needs a more friendly and helpful staff with the operation and support side. It’s nice to get sales but the back office support is totally dis functional!

Ive been in sales over a decade infact ive never done any thing but sales and ive worked for a few different companies and I say this with conviction ive never worked for a CEO who cared as much about his staff as himself and his family does , noticed how I said his family ? Daughter son and wife all work there and whats funny is u talk to any of them individually youd never get the impression that he or she is "the bosses kid" there very nice and very generous people and they work there buts off! As for the job part I wont lie cold calling isnt for the weak even seasoned vets get rattled from time to time but if you truly love the chess game and everything you have the mind set of u can always be better then look no further ! We have a outstanding product, good pay, amazing hours! , a relaxed environment and a team that acts more like family then we do a normal work office. You honestly cant beat the morals and ethics at any other sales firm
