I earned well. entry level and mid-level positions paid worse. I was allowed flexibility with my schedule. Benefits were above average. Enjoy the international aspect of the business.

Miserable vacation/sick/PTO policy - 2 wks COMBINED to start. Maxed out at 3 wks. Company culture is poor imho. High turnover. Quality is sacrificed for convenience or quarter end. Lot of unhappy people in the office. Not a lot of growth opportunity, unless you are on the sales side.

Multicultural - Americans are minority here so you get to meet a lot of people from other countries. 70% of the employees are in other countries which can be a good and bad thing. Nice location.

Inexperienced employees. Most of the employees are international employees with little to none professional experience including managers. No training provided at all, micromanaging at all time is a big issue from managers who are just afraid to lose their job due to the job insecurity within the company. Pay close to minimum wage for all entry and associate level employees. No Paid Time Off. No other perks - only coffee - no snacks or other modern perks.
